ExoTechnologies​​:DANU TURBINE BLADES 4.75 TIMES THE FLEXURAL STRENGTH (TRANSVERSE)

ExoTechnologies and its partners have conducted tests on the transverse flexural tensile strength of ExoBlade™, a composite material. This property, crucial for wind turbine blades, determines their resistance to bending stresses. According to Jeroen Wats, ExoBlade™ surpasses both conventional GRP and Carbon Fibre in performance, being 4.75 times and 3.8 times better, respectively. This breakthrough solution offers superior mechanical properties, recyclability, and addresses end-of-life management issues in the renewable energy industry.
