ExoTechnologies, an Isle of Man-based maritime green technologies startup, has launched the world’s first fully recyclable, high-performance workboat range, with the inaugural vessel delivered to Police Scotland. Constructed from the innovative DANUTM composite material technology, the boat boasts superior mechanical strength, replacing traditional fiberglass entirely. This milestone marks a significant breakthrough in boatbuilding, addressing ecological concerns by offering a sustainable alternative to conventional materials. With plans to create 300 jobs within five years, ExoTechnologies aims to revolutionize the maritime industry, promoting a circular economy and sustainability.
