ExoTechnologies, the innovative firm based on the Isle of Man and parent company of Glasgow’s Ultimate Boats, has announced a partnership with Arizona’s RONN Motor Group to pioneer hydrogen electric propulsion systems for a new era of high-performance watercraft. These vessels will cater to a range of uses from commercial to military operations. The collaboration was initiated with the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI), setting the stage for Ultimate Boats to build these advanced vessels in Scotland.
This partnership builds on Ultimate Boats’ achievements from last year, which include the launch of their fully recyclable workboat made from the patented DANU composite material for Police Scotland.
